We offer both a Standard Shipping as well as Express Shipping.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 buesiness days.
Once an order is executed, a notification E-mail will send to you automatically.
What's the shipping fee?
When an order's value is under 50$, fees for Standard Shipping is 10$. And for Express Shipping is 35$.
We provide free Standard Shipping when the order's value is above or at 50$. However, it only covers major country/region of the world.
For example, Hawaii, Guam, Artic, Antarctica. Generally remoted place for either island or land. We need customers to add in certain fees to balance out our cost.
If you live in certain palces, please contact our customer sevice first before purchasing.
The Standard Shipping will be EMS, Yanwen,Chukou1, YunExpress and more.
When the order's value is above or at 350$, we provide free Express Shipping. Shipping courier includes but not limited: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Above all of them, we also offer Express+ Shipping. Meaning it will ship directly from our city with no re-routing. Plus, choosing your desired delivery courier. Maximizing the shipping experience and minimizing the time.
P.S. We use shipping agent, they will let us know what's going on all over the world. Which country is having what kind of restrictions now. And what kind of delivery is best suited for each and every order.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on your very own choice upon checkout. Under normal circumstances. For Standard Shipping, it usually takes 2 working weeks to arrive. Even more so with the influence of pandemic, but we do support shipping upgrade. You can always purchase the Express Shipping upon checkout.
